This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. Pack&Co is the trade name for Astric LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a company conducting business in the State of Texas. This policy applies to our market research activities conducted for our upcoming location at 426 E Wheatland Rd, Duncanville, TX 75116.

In connection with our research survey, we may collect the following categories of personal data: Identifiers: Name and email address, Commercial Information: Shipping frequency, preferred logistics providers, and workspace needs, Geolocation Data: ZIP code (to verify residency within our 5-10 mile service radius).

 

3. Purpose of Processing

We process your data solely for the following "Business Purposes" as defined by the TDPSA: To validate service demand for our Duncanville hub. To fulfill survey incentives (e.g., $5 or $25 gift cards) via our third-party processor, Tremendous. To contact you regarding the launch of Pack & Co, provided you have opted in.

We only share your information with service providers (Processors) necessary to conduct our research, such as survey platforms and incentive fulfillment partners. We do not share your data with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

Survey Incentives: Official Rules & Terms

1. The Research Program

A market research initiative conducted by Astric LLC dba Pack & Company ("Sponsor"). The goal of this research is to validate the demand for a neighborhood shipping and logistics hub in Duncanville, Texas.

 

2. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for any incentive, participants must meet all of the following "Screening Criteria":

Geographic: Must live or work within a 10-mile radius of 426 E Wheatland Rd, Duncanville, TX.

Age: Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of participation.

Behavioral: Must ship packages at least once per month OR work from home/remotely on a regular basis.

Quality: Responses must be complete, truthful, and non-automated.

 

3. Survey Incentive ($5 Reward)

Incentive: One (1) $5 digital gift card (choice of Amazon or Starbucks).

Limit: Limited to the first 100 eligible respondents who complete the survey in full.

Frequency: Limit one (1) reward per person, household, or email address.

Delivery: Incentives are distributed via Tremendous within 48 hours of survey verification.

 

4. Qualitative Interview Incentive ($25 Reward)

Selection: Based on survey responses, the Sponsor may invite select individuals for a deeper 20–30 minute follow-up interview.

Participation: Only those officially invited and who complete the full interview are eligible.

Incentive: One (1) $25 digital gift card.

Target: The Sponsor aims to conduct 12+ interviews during the research phase.

Delivery: Sent within 48 hours of interview completion via Tremendous.

 

5. Verification & Disqualification

Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants. We may disqualify any entry if:

The respondent is outside the geographic service radius.

The respondent provides conflicting or nonsensical data.

Multiple entries are detected from the same user or IP address.

 

6. Data Privacy

7. Limitation of Liability

Incentives are provided "as-is" and are subject to availability. Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, late/undelivered emails, or issues with third-party gift card vendors (Tremendous, Amazon, or Starbucks).
